Pando Packages expire after 7 days when sending by email, and 30 days when posting to the Web. If the Pando Package that you are downloading has expired, you will get a notice in a new window. Pando will try to find available copies of the file still on the network, but if that fails, you will need to contact the sender to send the files again.
You’ll get a different message if Pando looked but can’t find any copies of the file. If you click the ignore button, the Package will remain in your Received list. If you click Cancel Download, the listing will be removed.
