This usually means one of four things:
- Pando cannot connect to the Internet because your computer is offline. Make sure you're online. Pando should connect within a few seconds.
- Pando is set to "offline." Check the bottom left of the main Pando window and make sure the toggle online/offline menu is set to "Online" with a green dot. Pando should connect within a few seconds.
- Pando cannot connect to the Internet because it is being blocked by your firewall. You will need to open your firewall software and give Pando permission to access the Internet. See "I can't connect to the Pando network" below.
- Pando cannot connect to the Pando communications service. If the Pando communications service is down for maintenance, you will not be able to send or receive packages. Please try again later.
