Installing the plug-in
The Pando Email Plug-in will allow you to send Pando Packages directly from Yahoo! Mail (not the new beta version), Gmail, Hotmail or AOL Mail. You must be running Internet Explorer 6 or 7 for Windows. (Sorry, no Mac version yet.)
- Download the latest Pando installer at our download page.
- Double-click the downloaded file. The Install Shield Wizard will open. Click Next >. Please read the agreement and approve it by clicking the “agree” radio button at the bottom of the window. Click Next >.
- On the next screen, under "Enable sending from:", click the checkbox next to "Internet Explorer® Web Mail". Click Next >.
- Click Install. You’ll see a status bar. A different window will appear when it’s done. Click Finish.

- Open the Pando application if it’s not open already.
- Click the help menu. Select Report a Bug.

Uninstalling the plug-in
This explains how to uninstall the plug-ins and Pando. Read how to simply disable the plug-in.
- Make sure Pando and Internet Explorer are both shut down.
- Click Start, point to Settings, then click Control Panel. (In Windows XP, click Start, then click Control Panel.)
- Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- Select Pando.
- Click the Change button.
- On the next screen, click Next >.
- On the next screen, select Remove and click Next >.
- On the next warning screen, click Remove. This will uninstall the Web email plug-ins as well as the entire Pando application.
